He Zhen, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of management and economics, Tianjin University, deputy director of the Department and director of the Department of industrial engineering. In the field of quality management and quality engineering, we have made the following outstanding research contributions
(1) Based on the theory and method of fuzzy decision-making, the robust parameter design and multi response experiment design and optimization method are proposed;
(2) The framework model of integrated quality management, the technical route of continuous quality improvement and related quality improvement and control technologies are proposed;
(3) The maturity model of Six Sigma management implementation is proposed and the evaluation criteria of Six Sigma management are formed.
Some of the above research results have been applied in enterprises and achieved good results.
As the main drafter, he compiled Six Sigma management evaluation criteria (China Standards Press, 2007). Since 2007, as the evaluation criteria for six sigma advanced enterprises of China Quality Association, the criteria have been widely applied in more than 50 enterprises such as Baosteel, TISCO, AVIC, Haier and Shanghai Hitachi.
As the main drafter and project leader, he formulated two technical reports "selected illustrations of gage repeatability and reproducibility studies (ISO / tr12888:2010)" and "selected illustrations of attribute evaluation analysis (ISO / tr14468:2010)" under the international organization for standardization tc69 / SC7 (Six Sigma Technical Committee), which is the first time that China, as a member of ISO, has been involved in this field He completed two technical reports for the project leader and won the second prize of China standard innovation contribution award (2014).

He has published more than 60 SSCI / SCI papers and more than 100 papers in important domestic journals.
