Finally, he found an excuse to "confuse the people" and arrested and killed him. His death not only did not make people forget him, but local people built a ancestral hall for him in the east of Yongkang County, Wuzhou, commonly known as "Zhao Hou Temple", so that people who worship and miss him can go to worship him and ask for his protection at any time. It is rare in history that people spontaneously build ancestral halls for someone.

Zhao Bing used the method of forbidding surgery to treat diseases, and later spread it in the Jiangnan generation under the name of "Zhao Hou's forbidding method". What is particularly interesting is that, according to the notes in the book of the later Han Dynasty, after so many years, mosquitoes, Simulium and other flying insects never flew to his ancestral hall.
