Zhang Weiyuan was born in shangyangbi village, wenshuchuan Township, Tongwei County, Gansu Province on October 5, 1922. He graduated from high school in 1945 and was admitted to the National Academy of Arts. In 1948, he graduated from the national Hangzhou art college and became an art teacher of the national Hangzhou women's middle school and Jianguo middle school. He was transferred back to Gansu Tongwei middle school in 1949. He studied in Northwest People's revolutionary University in April 1950. In August, he was transferred to Tianshui special administration as a member and Secretary of the culture and education department, a part-time person in charge of Maijishan cultural management office, and a secretary of the Water Conservancy Bureau of Tianshui special administration. In January 1957, he was appointed Vice President of Tianshui agricultural cadre school in Gansu Province. He entered the Party School of Gansu provincial Party committee in 1958. Responsible for the establishment of Tianshui agricultural school, No.5 Middle School, agricultural technical school, agricultural middle school and other nearly 10 schools, and served as vice president and principal. In 1979, he was transferred to Tianshui County Cultural Center as deputy director and director. He died in daobu, North Tianshui on June 6, 1983.
Artistic exploration and creative career

Zhao Wangyun, in particular, intended to stay in the forest of Steles when Zhang Weiyuan went to contact the Ministry of culture in Northwest China for many times, and provided ink, ink, paper and inkstone for him to study. From the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, there are a great variety of zhencaoli Zhuan steles in the forest of Steles in Xi'an. Calligraphy features
