Zhang Xian
Chang'an, Shaanxi, graduated from Wuhan University of science and technology in July 1987. In April 1999, he obtained a master's degree in Xi'an University of architecture and technology. His research direction is microporous thermal insulation ceramic materials. In May 2003, he obtained his Ph.D. from Northwestern University of technology and studied under Professor Zhang Litong, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering. His research direction is high temperature composite carbon barrier coating materials. From July 2003 to July 2005, he was a postdoctoral researcher in school of chemistry, Peking University. He was mainly engaged in the research of materials chemistry, and his research direction was combinatorial chemistry and inorganic luminescent materials. Since July 2005, I have been engaged in teaching and research in the Department of materials, School of Technical Physics, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology.

From July 1987 to September 1996, he undertook the technical and teaching work in Shandong Zibo refractory factory and Shandong metallurgical industry school, mainly engaged in the research and development of high temperature ceramics, and the teaching work of inorganic material physical chemistry and high temperature ceramic technology.

Since July 2005, I have been engaged in teaching and research in the Department of materials, School of Technical Physics, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and technology. The lectures include "mathematical physics equations and special functions", "material physics", "film physics and technology", "electronic ceramic materials" for undergraduates, and "film growth theory" and "material thermodynamics and dynamics" for postgraduates.

Character events
On July 31, 2012, Yao Jiaxin's father Yao Qingwei sued Zhang Xian for reputation infringement. The court required Zhang Xian to issue an apology microblog to Yao Qingwei every day for 30 days from the date of receiving the judgment, not to delete it, and to delete the previous rumors and slander microblog.
