Zhang Yong
Zhang Yong (946-1015) was born in juancheng, Puzhou city (now juancheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province). During the period of Taiping and rejuvenating the state, Jinshi became a scholar. He was an official of Zhenzong and a minister of the Ministry of rites. He was a famous official of Taizong and Zhenzong in the Northern Song Dynasty. His anthology was named Zhang guaiya's anthology.

There are two sentences in the poem "persuading learning" written by Zhang Yong: "the gate of learning is not closed, so hard learning should be opened by oneself", which can be said to be a reflection of his hard study in his youth.
First magistrate
When Zhang Yong was a Jinshi in the five years of the Taiping rejuvenation of the country and a magistrate of Chongyang County, "the people were not engaged in farming and weaving, but in tea planting.". Calm down the riot
