Shi Zongkai

Shi Zongkai, born in Longkou, Shandong Province in December 1962, joined the Communist Party of China in January 1985. He graduated from the Department of Engineering Physics of Tsinghua University and is a research fellow. He is now the deputy director of the Council of Tsinghua University.

In September 1980, he studied in the Department of Engineering Physics of Tsinghua University. In July 1985, he obtained a bachelor's degree and worked in Tsinghua University. He successively served as vice minister and Minister of the Propaganda Department of the Youth League Committee of Tsinghua University.
