The year of birth and death is unknown. Bofu is a native of tangxing (now Pengxi, Sichuan). Taoists in the late Tang Dynasty. Living in seclusion in the Tianguo mountain of Yongkang, he is known as a man of Tianguo mountain. He is good at poetry. He wrote a poem to Du Guangting. His deeds can be seen in volume 1-3 of Zhuzhuang Shihua and Volume 6 of shutaowu and records of places of interest in Sichuan. There is one poem in the whole Tang poetry.
