Bang surnamed Zheng, yizuo surnamed Zhao, word shengzhao (yizuo word Rongchuan), Jiangsu Wuxi. In 1676, he was a Jinshi. At the beginning, he was the magistrate of Minqing County in Fujian Province. He had a strong political voice. In 1684, Taiwan set up a government, which was subordinate to Fujian Province and had jurisdiction over Zhuluo, Taiwan and Fengshan counties. The Qing government felt that it was difficult to create the foundation, so it borrowed its talents and transferred to Zhuluo County as the first magistrate.
Ji qiguang served as the magistrate of Huarong County from the 29th to 34th year of Kangxi reign (1690-1695). He could not have died in 1685.
When he was in office, he built county offices, made laws and regulations, founded schools, taught Confucian students, and promoted ethics. He also created and revised "Taiwan county annals". Based on historical materials such as mountains and rivers, customs, household registration, land, and Kaisai, he was not able to finish the compilation before 1685.
Huarong jiangliangfa
Ji qiguang, whose name is Rongzhou, was born in Wujin of Jiangnan. He was a Jinshi of Kangxi Bingchen (1676). He once served as the magistrate of Zhuluo County in Taiwan. He was fond of poetry and ancient prose, and wrote many works, including Rongzhou poetry manuscript. From the 29th year to the 34th year of Kangxi (1690-1695), Ji qiguang served as the magistrate of Huarong County and rebuilt the "four archways" to commemorate Wang Yan
