Sun Kang (998-1051), a native of Yi county (now Anhui Province), was a native of he Shu. Officials and poets of the Northern Song Dynasty.
Life of the characters
In 1027, song Renzong was admitted to the examination of "academic classics" and was awarded the title of "master Bo of Laian County in Chuzhou" and "right manager of Hongzhou". In the second examination, he was promoted to Dali temple and took charge of Jinling County in Changzhou. Then he was transferred to Xunzhou. After the examination, he was elected and sentenced to Yaozhou. In the second year of Qingli (1042), he was promoted to supervise the imperial history. He demoted himself to Fuzhou after exposing the crime and sentenced Jinzhou and took charge of Hanyang military Jizhou. Later, he moved to be an official of Shangshu capital, wailang, and promoted the punishment of Jiangnan West Road. There are achievements, the transfer of the official secretary, the Secretary of the Ministry of foreign affairs. He died on March 7, 1051, at the age of 54. He was a doctor of the Ministry of Shangshu, and his rank was Zhizheng liupin chaofenglang. He was granted Zhizheng Sipin Shangqi Duwei.

Sun Kang has been a county magistrate for many times. There are poems and essays in every place he has experienced. They are collected in 100 volumes. The original collection of thousands of poems has been lost. The collection of famous scholars in Song Dynasty is included in the collection of yingxuezhai, which is a copy of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty. Eight of his poems were recorded in volume 203 of complete song poetry.
