Linghu ting (1991-1058), a native of Shanyang (now Huai'an, Jiangsu Province), was born in Xianzhou. Minister of the Northern Song Dynasty. Renzong Tiansheng five years (1027) Jinshi, at the beginning of Jizhou military promotion officer, moved to Jingnan mansion section chief secretary, LAN Ezhou tea farm. He passed the sentence to Yanzhou and knew Pengzhou. He changed the sentence to criminal and prison affairs in liangzhelu, and later to Xiuzhou and Danzhou.
