Kong Jixun
Kong Jixun (1792-1842) was a book collector in Qing Dynasty. His original name was Jiguang, and his name was Kaiwen. He was born in Nanzhuang, Nanhai, Guangdong Province. His father Kong Chuanyan (1772-1809) was named Zhencai and Fuzhi. He is the eldest son with a collection of more than 40000 volumes.
Kong Jixun (1792-1842), who was the first person to make up a meal in ancient times, was selected as a scholar in the 13th year of Daoguang's reign (1833) in 1818. He was selected as a scholar in the Imperial Academy. He was appointed as an editor in the Imperial Academy. He served as an assistant revising officer in the National History Museum. He was the same examiner in the Shuntian rural examination in the 17th year of Daoguang's reign (1837) and taught in the next year (1838). Begging for leave to return to the south. With the outbreak of the Opium War, Lin Zexu, Deng Tingzhen and others stayed in military affairs. They worked hard and got sick. He is good at calligraphy. He is famous for his poems like Zhang Weiping, Huang qiaosong, Lin Botong, Duan Peilan, Xiangshan Huang Peifang and yangchuntan Jingzhao. He is known as the "seven sons of Yunquan". When he saw his favorite paintings and calligraphy, he bought them. He once stepped on the snow and climbed to Nanyue, where he built "Yuexue building" to collect paintings and calligraphy books.
