Kong Wenye (? - 857): the 38th grandson of Confucius. The word is poor. His native place is unknown. He was born in Jizhou in Tang Dynasty. The son of Confucius.
In the first year of Changqing (821), Emperor Mu Zong of Tang Dynasty ascended Jinshi. In 832 of the sixth year of the reign of emperor Wenzong of the Tang Dynasty, he was appointed as a censor and a member of the Li and Li departments. In the first year of Kaicheng (836), he also knew how to make patent, and in the second year, he participated in the preparation and correction of Shijing. At the beginning of Tang Dynasty, Xuanzong was appointed as Zhongcheng, the imperial censor, and in the fourth year (850) he was the Minister of the Ministry of official affairs. Not happy to live in Korea, seeking to move out. Five years as Xuanshe observation envoy, eight years into the court, Li Jianxiao Hubu Shangshu, and Prince guests, 11 years division of the east capital. He died not long ago.
