Wu Xiang, male, graduated from the Correspondence College of the CPC Central Party school, majoring in economic management. He once worked in the operation and management guidance Station of Shanghai Jiading District government. Specially invited researcher, Institute of county economy, China Academy of comprehensive development.
Main achievements: engaged in rural economic work for a long time. He has published more than 60 economic papers and economic survey reports in the central and provincial newspapers, including nearly 50 new ones after returning to the government in 1978. An investigation report won the excellent academic achievement award of Shanghai agricultural economic society from 1978 to 1985. The paper "why farmers want to change three crops to two crops" (i.e. change the farming system of three crops a year to two crops a year) has attracted the attention of leaders of Shanghai and relevant departments, and caused strong repercussions among cadres and farmers in suburban counties of Shanghai. The paper "ideas on the establishment of rural collective assets management institutions" is included in the book "China's reform". My opinion on the definition of the property rights of rural collective assets was selected as an excellent paper by Shanghai urban and rural accounting research association and a book named "selected scientific and technological achievements of China in the Eighth Five Year Plan". Participated in the compilation of the book "rural cooperative economy" (one of the training series of rural Party members and grassroots cadres organized by the Organization Department of Shanghai municipal Party committee, Shanghai Society of science and technology, and Shanghai Rural Work Committee of the Communist Party of China, published by Shanghai Science and Technology Press in 1997), and wrote 1-4 chapters.
