Wu Hai graduated from Central University of Finance and economics and majored in economic information management. In 1997, he founded shangzhixing Group Co., Ltd., the first business travel management company in China to provide hotel reservation service and implement membership system. In March 2000, Wu Hai joined Ctrip. A seemingly not on the table "hire card" strategy, so that Ctrip quickly occupied the market, the monthly booking volume soared from hundreds to tens of thousands.
