Wu Gong, the word Dingguo, also the word Shugu, was a Jinshi in Kaiyuan. He was an official in Zhongshu and lived in Xiuning. In Wugong period, shisheshan was changed to Fenghuang mountain, Lianchi to Fenghuang pool, and Wuli to Fenghuang street. Wu Gong married Wang and had three sons, the eldest Wu you, the second Wu Mi and the third Wu Quan. Ding Xingwang, a descendant of the Wu family in Zuotai, Xin'an, formed five schools: Liantang school, Jinzhu school, Shiling school, Chengmen school and Fengxi school.
