Yelin

Ye Lin, male, born in November 1961, is a professor, doctoral supervisor and deputy director of civil and commercial law teaching and research section of Renmin University of China. He also serves as vice president of the Commercial Law Research Association of China law society, member of the Expert Committee on notarial lawyers of the Ministry of justice, vice president of the civil and Commercial Law Research Association of Beijing law society, and arbitrator of Beijing Arbitration Commission.

He graduated from the graduate class of civil and commercial law in Law School of Renmin University of China in 1987. After staying in the school to teach, he studied under Professor Zhao Zhongfu for a doctorate in civil and commercial law and obtained a doctorate in law in 1993.
