Kezhi (860-934 A.D.) was a monk in Changshou temple in Luojing at the end of Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasties. Surnamed Ma, fan yanggaoqiu (Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province) was born around the time of emperor Zhaozong of Tang Dynasty.
Personal profile
Tang Zhaozong Ganning years (around 896 AD) into poetry, given purple cassock. Later, Emperor mingzong of Tang Dynasty ordered the abbot Luojing (now Luoyang) Changshou temple to give him the title of master Wenzhi. The poems written by Kezhi are handed down to the world in Sanshan's collection of poems of the whole Tang Dynasty. There are nine poems in Quan Tang Shi.

His representative work is the seven character poem jingshe Yuyu, which was created in the late Tang and Five Dynasties.

The rain in jingshe (Tang Dynasty) can stop the empty door. It's quiet and light. I'm a little washed away by the stream rain. Lie down to the white clouds and let them be yellow birds.

A brief analysis of his works
Jingshe used to be a study and learning house in the old times. It was a place where students gathered to give lectures. Later, it was also called jingshe when monks and Taoists lived or preached. in this poem, it refers to the latter, that is to say, the place where the master lives and cultivates himself. However, he is good at rhyme poetry, but there are few quatrains.
