He has successively served as magistrate of Maping, magistrate of Handan, Hebei, magistrate of Changle, Fujian, deputy magistrate of Dali temple, Nanjing, member of Hubu wailang, and counsellor of Guizhou. The Juguan was able to cut the Fu on the floating land, and was exempted from 2000 odd stones. During his term of office in Changle, he was born in hongliao, and Longyun was the first to open the chentanggang sea ditch, more than 3000 feet long, to dredge the 72 ocean currents such as Binhu and Yanhu. When he was a counsellor in Guizhou, the Miao people attacked the city and killed the officials. Long Yun traveled between the streams and caves, giving them both kindness and power. Eventually, the Miao people were awed by their hard work and were rewarded by Baijin Wenqi. Exhausted into a disease, eventually unable to rise. Long Yun has a deep nature. He is not angry in spite of setbacks.

He is eager to learn, and has written 30 volumes of Si Liu Tang manuscript, more than 100 volumes of Shang Lun Quan Bian, supplement to the book of changes and reading Shi Lei Yao. ?
