Lu Yong (1474-1521) was born in Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province.
Profile
Lu Yong, a calligrapher of Shao, was born in Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province. In the sixth year of Zhengde, Emperor Wuzong of Ming Dynasty (1511), he became a Jinshi and was granted the censor of supervision. Emperor Wuzong went to the north to inspect Xuanyin and wanted to build Xinggong. Yongshang wrote a letter to admonish him and called off the army. In 1518, he was the governor of Sichuan Province. He had Huizheng and had been to Lang. Later, he moved to Sichuan to serve as deputy envoy of tixue. There is a collection of ancient gardens.
