Li Bangyan? He was born in Shaodong (now Guancun District), Shuidong, Conghua County, Ming Dynasty. He has been smart since he was a child, and he can deal with it like a flow. He was a 15-year-old student who was elected in the examination in 1561. He was a Jinshi in 1571 and was awarded Linchuan county magistrate. After he took office, he tried his best to save money and lighten the burden of the people. There were many crafty officials in Linchuan. In order to restrain them, bang Yan published the laws and regulations of tax collection, which made the crafty officials have no chance. At that time, there were "thieves" all over the garden area, and bang Yan led the people to destroy the "thief's nest" overnight. After he took office, he donated his salary to build the Academy, to build the county annals, to root out the traitors, and to report his contributions by caressing them. He was rewarded with silver and silk. When his mother passed away, he went back to his hometown for mourning. When his filial piety expired, he made up the magistrate of Tao County. In less than a month, he was called to be the head of the Ministry of official affairs. Soon, on the grounds of his father's old age at home, he asked the emperor to resign and return to his hometown. When he arrived in Jiangxi, his father died. After the period of filial piety expired, he was granted the title of "Si Lang Zhong", and soon he was promoted to Jiangxi right to participate in politics, in charge of Nanchang, Shangrao and Jiujiang. As soon as Bang Yan arrived in Jiangxi, he trained the Navy and army to guard the fortress. When the "Huangmei bandits" fled and robbed on the river, bang Yan moved his troops to guard the hukou, and mobilized strong forces in the territory to resist the "Huangmei bandits". Because Bang Yan had a good command of his troops and strict military discipline, "thieves" broke up without fighting. In the 16th year of Wanli (1588), Jiwei was promoted. Due to the tiredness of official duties, he died a few months after he resigned. He has written four works, such as travel manuscript, nanxiutang manuscript, Dongshi manuscript, Chen yanye collection, Guangdong literature, East Guangdong poetry sea, Guangdong Taiwan Zhengya record, etc.
