Huang Xiangnan (1757-1785), a native of Ningxiang, Hunan Province, was named Yiwu and Shilu.

During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, Huang Li Longzi, the magistrate of Tianjin, was talented. His sons Huang Benqi and Huang Benji were both famous for their literary names and poems in Huxiang. People in the county compared Huang Xiangnan with Huang Benqi and Huang Benji, whose father and son were "Meishan Sansu", whose mother Qin bangshu wrote poems and whose daughter Huang Wanyu was also good at CI. He is the author of nine volumes of the manuscript of the great mountain house (preface of the good law), four volumes of the red snow CI note, and two volumes of the appendix.
