Huang Hong, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1960 in Xinyu, Jiangxi Province. He began to work in July 1981 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1986. Doctor of economics, senior economist, Southwest University of Finance and economics.
He once served as vice chairman and member of the Party committee of the Bank of China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
