Huang Yanping
Huang Yanping (1914-2003) was born in Xinyang, Henan Province in 1914. In 1938, he studied in Xinyang Normal University of Henan Province. Because of the Japanese attack, he left school resolutely and returned to his hometown siwangshan to organize the Anti Japanese self defense force and carry out the Anti Japanese guerrilla war.
Life of the characters
He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1939. During the Anti Japanese War, he successively served as the leader of the Anti Japanese self defense team and Secretary of the CPC branch in siwangshan area of Xinyang, Henan Province, district military commissar, deputy head of Xinnan District, head of Yingshan County, head of Huanggang central county and special administrative Commissioner, Secretary of the CPC Huainan working committee and chairman of the administrative committee, and Secretary of the CPC xinyingsui County Committee and head of the county. During the war of liberation, he successively served as secretary of Suizhong County Party committee, Secretary of Yingbei Working Committee, deputy secretary of Zha Working Committee of Shanglan Town, Secretary of Shangshan county Party committee, deputy head of Jianli County (acting for the head of the county) and Deputy Commissioner of Mianyang special region.

After the founding of new China, he successively served as deputy director of the education department and Secretary General of the culture and Education Commission of Hubei Provincial People's government, Dean of Beijing Normal University and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Beijing Normal University Party committee, deputy secretary, President and first Secretary of the CPC Jilin Normal University Party Committee, director of Jilin Provincial Education Bureau (later changed to department) and Secretary of the CPC Party group, Secretary of the CPC Northeast Normal University Party committee and president Consultant level.
