Huang Changji, Han nationality, from Guidong County, Hunan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and graduated from Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, he works in Guidong County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan Province. He was formerly president of the hospital. He is now chairman of the trade union and deputy chief physician. He is also a member of the County Association for science and technology, vice chairman of the county medical and Health Association, and member of the first, second and third committee of Guidong County of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference.
