Also for Gaomi, Guangping wangergong Professor, pavilion collation, Tongzhi Liyuan. In the first year of Xining (1068), Shenzong Zhao Xu ascended to the throne and was promoted to censor. Soon after, he was appointed as a storyteller in Chongzheng Hall. In the years of Xining, some conservative gentry in Fujian opposed Wang Anshi's reform and demanded the termination of the new law. As Huang Lu was from Fujian, the God sect sent him to deal with the matter. Huang Lu advocated the reform of the government. He thought that the provisions of the reform had been promulgated and should not be changed every day, but must be implemented. Therefore, he was criticized by some Fujian people. Soon after, Huang Lu was transferred to Zhongcheng. In the Northern Song Dynasty, according to the old system, all officials who violated the criminal law, no matter how big or small, were fined to atone for their crimes. Huang Lu did not think much of this practice. He quoted Jia Yi's saying that if they met with courtesy, the officials would be happy. The letter stated that they must be punished strictly according to the facts, and the ministers who committed serious crimes should be punished, or even removed. For those who were negligent, they could be forgiven, and education should be emphasized Only in this way can we achieve the goal of punishing evil and promoting good. At the same time, he also asked the court to be open-minded and let humble officials talk about the government, but his proposal was not adopted by the court. In Xining, Tongzhi taichangli court transferred to supervise the censor. At first, Wang Anshi was dismissed because he was annoyed by the city's easy affairs. Later, because his father-in-law Shen Kuo and son-in-law Lu Huiqing were under Wang Anshi's command, their relationship improved. Liang Tao was referred to as Wang Anshi's party, and was released to local officials. Huang Lu was in agreement with Prime Minister Cai Que and privy council chairman Dun, and had deep personal friendship. In order to make Wang Anshi's reform come true, he and the reformers fought against the Conservatives unremittingly. In 1085, after the death of Zhao Xu, Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty, Empress Dowager Gao came to power and Sima Guang became prime minister. Conservatives once again took control of the government. The reformists were rejected. Cai que dismissed the prime minister and Zhang dun. Huang Lu was implicated and demoted. He became a direct Bachelor of LongTuge to know Yuezhou (now Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province). In September, 1093, Empress Dowager Gao died, and 19-year-old zhe Zong Zhao Xu was in charge. In April of the next year, zhe Zong issued an imperial edict to change the ninth year of Yuanyou to the first year of Shaosheng. He was determined to carry out the reform after Shenzong's Dharma. Then Zhang Dun was appointed as prime minister, and Huang Lu joined the imperial court to resume his post as Zhongcheng. With the support of zhe Zong, the reformists once again seized the power of the court and launched a counterattack against the Conservatives. In July of the first year of Shaosheng (1094), Huang Lu Shangshu "extremely discussed the current affairs of Lu Dafang, Liu Zhi and Liang Tao, and begged for the right punishment"; he also discussed that Sima Guang changed the law of the former dynasty, rebelled against the principle, and zhe Zong seized the posthumous Titles given by Sima Guang and LV Gong after their death, and destroyed the steles erected; LV Dafang, Liu Zhi, Su Zhe and Liang Tao were demoted. At the beginning of Fuyuan Dynasty (about 1099), Huang Lu paid homage to Youcheng, the Minister of state. When he met Zhengyan, Zou Hao opposed Zhang Dun's request to make concubine Liu queen, and was persecuted. He complained about injustice and was demoted to Bozhou (now Boxian County, Anhui Province). In the third year of Yuanfu (1100), Emperor Huizong Zhao Ji ascended the throne, summoned Huang Lu to become a bachelor and assistant of zizhengdian, and worshipped Youcheng again. In 1101, the first year of the founding of the Chinese people's Republic of China, he retired as a bachelor and returned to his native place.
