MaiJiao, a native of Xinhui, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, whose life and death are unknown, should have been active in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.

He is not interested in becoming an official. He is good at poetry and likes singing. He often takes poetry as entertainment. He often associates with his fellow poets to sing and chant. He once walked in the rhyme of Weng's mountain. He left some sentences such as "making friends only early, gathering pains without much", which express the sincere feelings among the poets. His poems rarely exist in the world, and some of his poems are included in the three editions of Qing Dynasty manuscripts published by modern people.
