LIN Gui (year of birth and death unknown), Manchuria inlaid with white flag, word Yue Fang. He was once a member of Shanghai Daotai.
On November 27, 1848, an agreement was signed with the British Consul Alexis to extend the western boundary of the British concession to nichengbang and the northern boundary to Suzhou River. He also agreed to the request of American Anglican missionary Wen Huilian to assign Hongkou to American overseas Chinese as a place of residence. On April 6 of the following year, it was announced that a concession would be set up for French expatriates to live in. The legal person is very grateful for this and has named a road in its name, which is now the east section of Jinxian road. LIN Gui Road is one of the only two streets named after Chinese in French Concession (the other is Zhu Bao San Road, now Xikou Road).
