Ma Zhimin, a native of Xiongxian County, was born in the name of minlai. He is a famous scholar and writer in the early Qing Dynasty.

In the early Qing Dynasty, he refused to be an official and was keen on education. He has successively held the posts of Yuancheng Jiaoyu, Guangping Professor, Jiangdu Guanhe master book, Shouzhang county master book, etc. Ma Zhixiang is rigorous in his studies and proficient in poetry and rhyme. His works include Yi Xiang, Shi Xiang, Li Xiang, Si Shu Kan, Chang Lin Lun Shi, Mao Shi Yuan Yun, Suan Shu Xin Jian, Qin Yin Xin Biao, Gu tiaotang Shi Wen Ji, San Ting Ci, Shi Fang of past dynasties, Shi Fang of present age, Zhang Qiu Zhi, Yang Zheng Ji, Xiong Xian Zhi, Xin Cheng Zhi, etc.
