Liu Ruiqing, female, Manchu, born on September 4, 1956, is the deputy head of the people's Government of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, Hebei Province.

He began to work in December 1980 and worked as a manager in the township. from 1984 to 1994, he successively served as Deputy Secretary of Township Party committee in boluonuo Township, Baita Township and Dage town. from 1995 to May 1999, he was director of the women's Federation of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County. From June 1999 to April 2004, he served as director of the County Bureau of nationalities and religions and deputy director of qiansongba forest farm.
