Sheng Qi was born in Hefei in 1965 and graduated from the Central Academy of art and design in 1988. He works and lives in Italy from 1989 to 1992. He graduated from the Central Academy of art and design in Saint Martin in 1998. Now he lives and works in Beijing as a professional painter.
