Wanyan Liubao (1689-1762), also known as Liubao, was born in the Zhengbai banner of Manchuria. During the reign of Kangxi, he failed many times in the imperial examinations. Later, he was granted Jinshi by Kangxi himself to take part in the imperial examinations, ranking 19th in the second place.
Wan Yan died in the 27th year of Qianlong at the age of 73. Official to the Ministry of rites Shilang, Ministry of official Shilang, Ministry of work Shilang.

Life of the characters
Wanyan Liubao, also known as Liubao, has the name of songzu. Ashtan's grandson, son of Wan Yan e Su, nephew of Wan Yan and su. Liubao lost his father at the age of four and his mother at the age of five. He was raised by his uncle he Shiheng and he su.
In the 53rd year of Kangxi's reign, he won the provincial examination. In the 60th year of Emperor Kangxi's reign, he was granted the title of Jinshi and served as a member of the inner court. Later, he was changed into a good scholar. He was appointed as a member of the Imperial Academy for review and was promoted to a Bachelor of science.
In the fourth year of Yongzheng reign, he was appointed as the examiners and Zhan Shi of Fujian provincial examination. In the sixth year of Yongzheng reign, he concurrently served as a general envoy and a bachelor in charge of the Imperial Academy. In the 11th year of Yongzheng reign, he served as the right Minister of the Ministry of rites, and in the same year he changed to the left Minister of the Ministry of rites. In the third year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong, he served as the right Minister of the household department. In the fourth year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong, he was appointed as the Deputy examiner.
In the fifth year of Qianlong reign, he served as the right servant of the Ministry of officials. In the eighth year of Qianlong reign, he was a cabinet bachelor. In the sixth year of Qianlong's reign, he became the Minister of Shengjing's Ministry of industry. He wrote a record of the words and deeds of famous officials in the Qing Dynasty.
