In the Northern Song Dynasty, there was a prefect named Tian Deng, who was autocratic and arrogant. Because his name had the word "Deng", the people in the prefecture were not allowed to talk about any word with the same pronunciation as "Deng". Therefore, as long as it is homophonic with the word "Deng", it should be replaced by other words. If anyone violates this taboo, he will be charged with "insulting the magistrate", or sentenced in the worst case, or punished in the worst case.
