Wang Ruqi (1822-1898) was born in Taicang, Jiangsu Province in Qing Dynasty. It's a word for "Gong Mou" and a word for "Song Qi". Bin xuansun. In the 26th year of Daoguang (1846), the whole family tried the Ministry of rites four times, but before forty, they were determined to make progress. He taught apprentices and raised relatives. He traveled to and from the north and south of the river. He was the master of Shishan Academy in Haimen, Loudong academy and andao Academy for 40 years. The purpose of learning is to practice, to be upright and not to deceive. Guangxu 24 years (1898) died, 77 years. There is "Tenghua Guan Shi Cun".

Wang Ruqi, 26 years of Daoguang (less known for his poems and Fu), Zhang Fu, an emissary of learning, was a member of Su and Tai schools. He was not only popular in the poems of six schools in Tang and Song Dynasties, but also had a strong style. Xu dunmu said that his "nature is jealous of evil, and his imagination can't tolerate dirtiness, so his poems are also full of exciting sounds of Chu." Guangxu 24 years (1898) died, 77 years.
