Hong Chuanjing (1903 -? ）He was born in Huaining, Anhui Province, and taught in Lanzhou University after the founding of the people's Republic of China.

He used to be a political instructor of Chengdu Central Military Academy. Later, he served as a major general of the Traffic Police General Administration of the Ministry of communications of the national government. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he taught in Lanzhou University. When he was attacked by the anti rightist movement, he resigned.
