Jiang Haoran
Jiang Haoran, born in October 1919, is a native of Tiantai Township, Chishui County, Guizhou Province. His original name was Yang Zhongyou and his alias was Bai Ge. Official representative of the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he successively served as vice chairman of Wuhan Federation of trade unions, Secretary of the Party committee of Lanzhou Chemical Industry Company, director of the Research Office of the Ministry of chemical industry, chairman of China heavy industry trade union and metallurgical trade union, and executive member of the 8th and 9th National Federation of trade unions. He was elected vice president of the international trade union of chemical, petroleum and related workers. Official representative of the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
the period of the war of Resistance Against Japan
At the beginning of 1937, he was admitted to Chongqing senior technical school to study chemistry. In May and June, he joined the National Salvation Association of all walks of life in Chongqing, participated in the Anti Japanese national salvation movement, and participated in leading the National Salvation Association of Chongqing LIANLI high school. In April 1938, he joined the Communist Party of China in Chengdu. In May, Sichuan Provincial Working Committee of the Communist Party of China sent him to Luzhou 23rd ordnance factory to do labor movement work, and served as secretary of the underground Party branch. From October to December, he served as a member of the labor movement of the Special Zone Committee of Chongqing Beibei experimental zone. From December of the same year to January of 1940, he served as member of the Standing Committee of the Central County Committee of Beibei (Hechuan) in the East Sichuan special district of the Communist Party of China, director of the organization department and director of the labor movement department, responsible for organizing work and the workers' movement. At the beginning of 1939, he also served as the Secretary of the CPC Beibei Special Zone Committee. Later, he served as the Secretary of the seafarers working committee of the East Sichuan special committee of the Communist Party of China (and Chongqing municipal Party committee). In November, he was elected as the official representative to attend the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China at the enlarged meeting of the East Sichuan special committee of the Communist Party of China. In October 1940, he went to Yan'an and worked in the Research Office of the workers' Movement Committee of the CPC Central Committee. Later, he served as the deputy leader of the rear area group of the CPC Central Committee. Take part in the rectification movement and the mass production movement. From April to June 1945, he attended the 7th CPC National Congress as a member of the rear area delegation. After the founding of the people's Republic of China
From October 1950 to October 1952, he served as Deputy Secretary of staff working committee of Wuhan municipal Party committee, standing member of Wuhan Federation of trade unions, director of propaganda department, director of production department, vice chairman, etc. From March 1951 to March 1954, he was the deputy director of the Preparatory Committee of China metal smelting trade union. In May 1953, he was elected as an alternate member of the Seventh Executive Committee of the all China Federation of trade unions. In August 1954, he was elected vice chairman of the National Committee of China heavy industry trade union at the first Congress of China heavy industry trade union. In 1954, he was elected vice president of the International Union of chemical, petroleum and related workers. In December 1957, he was elected executive member of the eighth Executive Committee of the all China Federation of trade unions. At the end of the same year, he was transferred to Deputy Secretary of the working committee of Jilin chemical industry company. Later, he served as secretary of CPC Lanzhou Chemical Plant Committee. In 1961, he was appointed director of the investigation and Research Office of the Ministry of chemical industry, director of planned economy, and member of the Committee of the Ministry of chemical industry of the Communist Party of China. In 1979, he was transferred to the chairman of the all China Federation of trade unions and China heavy industry trade union. From February 1980 to July 1982, he was chairman of the National Committee of China Metallurgical Trade Union and Secretary of its branch Party group. The seventh alternate executive member and the eighth and ninth executive member of the all China Federation of trade unions. He retired in 1982.
