Mr. Leung Yiu Ming is an enthusiastic social worker. Since the reform and opening up, he has donated money to build bridges and roads in his hometown, build tap water, build kindergartens in Southern District, build and expand primary schools in Southern District, rebuild Qingyun tower and old Village tower (Taiping tower) in Shunde, and support the welfare education fund of Guizhou town. Mr. Liang is particularly concerned about the cause of education. As early as the period of the Japanese occupation, he raised money from Guangzhou, Hong Kong and other places to hold Rongshan Yixue, and raised money to go back to his hometown to relieve the victims; during the restoration period, he contributed to the construction of Rongqi Jianzhong middle school; in the 1950s, Shunde prepared to build Huaqiao middle school, and Mr. Liang Yaoming enthusiastically donated; in the 1980s, he actively launched and took the lead in donating the science building and teaching building of Rongshan middle school, and in the 1990s, he set up Rongshan middle school for promotion a grant.
