Wanzao Shaozhi (the year of his birth and death is unknown), Zi Shao, was born in yingzhuang (now jinancheng, northwest of Jiangling, Hubei Province) and lived in Changshu. Wan soon left his great grandson.

He wrote Ying Zhuang Yin manuscript, which was published by his friend ye shunshi on his deathbed. Fang Hong's preface (preface to Ying Zhuang Yin manuscript) has been lost. Chen Qi recorded 22 of his poems one by one in the volume of Jianghu Houji, and one in the volume of quansong poems was compiled from Yongle Dadian. Zhao Wanli, a modern man, has compiled four poems of yingzhuang Ci from Yongle Dadian. Among them, the poem "congratulating the bridegroom and reminiscing about the past in moling" contains the sentences of "pointing out the green mountains in the Central Plains" and "the scenery is not different, but the heroes are not old". The other three songs are nearly graceful. The fourth volume of Quan Song Ci records his ci. His deeds can be seen in volume 11 of "the last collection of rivers and lakes" and Zhao Wanli's "the inscription of yingzhuang CI anthology".
