Yang Yinglin, whose name is Ji'an, was born in Zheng'an, Guizhou Province. In 1647, sun was trapped in Zunyi, where his army was rampant and fed on people. Ying Lin rescued him.

Yang Yinglin, whose date of birth and death is unknown, has a strong character. Guangdong Xiangshan (now Beishan village, Nanping Town, Zhuhai City) people. Born in a scholarly family, he was elected in the 19th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1893). He did not want to be an official and returned to his hometown. After the Opium War, the Portuguese were willing to expand their borders in Macao, coveting Qianshan, Wanchai and Nanping, and even sending troops to Beishan village. Character experience

In 1908, the Portuguese sent ships to qianshanneihe to force the Qing government to hold negotiations on the demarcation of Macao. They threatened that Nanping, Gongbei and Wanchai were all Macao's residences. In the name of the maintenance meeting, Yang sent letters to Zhang Mingqi, governor of Guangdong and Guangxi, and Gao Erqian, representative of the Chinese side in demarcation, urging him to stick to his position and not be aggrieved by Portuguese blackmail. He also wrote to Tang Shaoyi, who held an important position in the Qing Dynasty, asking him to support the struggle of the people in his hometown. Due to the promotion of the Xiangshan boundary survey maintenance meeting, Guangdong Province responded. Guangzhou and Hong Kong have successively established the boundary survey Maintenance Association and branch, and Yang is the vice president of the association. More than 100 telegrams were received from businessmen in Shanghai, Beijing, Fuzhou, Changsha and overseas Chinese in Britain, Japan, Thailand, Myanmar, and a large amount of money was sent to finance the activities. The Xiangshan maintenance meeting presided over by Yang passed a resolution, imploring the government to send more water and army forces to control Macao and control its death. They also set up their own armed forces, and set up the 98 rural militia to fight directly against the Portuguese plot to expand the border, which finally forced the Portuguese to restrain their ambition to expand the border.
