Li Jie (1456-1533) was born in Lantian, the third capital of Yongjia (now Lantian village, Haibin Street). He learned from his elders and worked in Yaoxi. Ming Zhengde seven years (1512) Jinshi, granted Gaoyi County in Shandong Province, later changed to Shouguang county.
