Life

Li Jingyu was recruited as an instructor's son in 19. In 1893, Guangxu Guisi Enke passed the Jiangnan Rural examination, ranking 32nd. He became a doctor in 1897. In 1901, he changed his official position and distributed it to Henan Province, where he was promoted to the second rank. In 1901, he was granted the title of "Tongfeng doctor" and "Zizheng doctor".

He is the author of two volumes of yougutang poetry anthology. Jingyu is an elder and treats his relatives and friends as well. He is frugal and thrifty. He is good at righteousness and kindness. He builds bridges and paves roads in the countryside, applies medicine to cure diseases, and donates money. In Dashui, Hefei, Jingyu bought a boat to rescue hundreds of people in the water, buried hundreds of people, and sent millet to save more people. In addition, he donated land to set up a coffin Bureau in Dongxiang, Hefei. He died in 1922 at the age of 56.
