Li Cong (706 years ago ~ 752 years ago), originally named Sizhi, was born in Chengji (now Qin'an County, Gansu Province) of Longxi. Li Longji, the eldest son of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, is the imperial concubine of Liu Hua.
In the first year of Jingyun, Emperor Ruizong of Tang Dynasty, he was granted the title of Xuchang County King as a grandson. In the first year of Xiantian, Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty was granted the title of King tan after he ascended the throne, and his face was injured by hunting. In the fourth year of Kaiyuan, he was appointed king QingWang and renamed Litan. In the 15th year of Kaiyuan period, he led Liangzhou governor and Hexi Jiedushi. In the 21st year of Kaiyuan, he was granted the name of Li Cong. Twenty four years later, he became situ. Tianbao first year, moved to Taiyuan animal husbandry.
Tianbao passed away in May of the 11th year, and gave it to Prince Jingde. Emperor suzong of the Tang Dynasty pursued the title of Fengtian emperor, and the imperial concubine Dou was empress Gongying, who was buried in the tomb of Qi.
Personage introduction
Li Cong? He was the eldest son of Li Longji, Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty, and his mother was Liu Huafei. In the first year of Jingyun (710), Li Dan, the grandfather of Tang Ruizong, was restored and granted the title of Xuchang. In August of the first year of Xianxian (712), Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty ascended the throne and was renamed King tan. In the fourth year of Kaiyuan (716), he took charge of protecting and appeasing the Tibetan ambassadors in Hedong, Guannei and Longyou. In March of the 13th year of Kaiyuan (725), he was renamed King Qing and was given the name of Litan. In the 15th year of Kaiyuan (727), he led Liangzhou governor and Hexi Jiedushi. In the 21st year of Kaiyuan (733), he was granted the title of Prince and teacher, and changed his name to Li Cong. Kaiyuan 24 years (736), into situ. Tianbao first year (742), and Taiyuan animal husbandry.
In May, 752, he died. Li Longji, Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty, was named Prince Jingde. He was originally buried in xiliuyuan, south of Weishui river. After Li Heng, Emperor suzong of Tang Dynasty ascended the throne, his posthumous title was Emperor Fengtian, and his wife Dou's posthumous title was empress Gongying, who was buried in the Northern Qi Mausoleum of Huaqing Palace.
Anecdotes and allusions
It is recorded in Ming Huang Za Lu and Liang Tang Shu · biography of Li Linfu that Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty once mentioned to Li Linfu that Li Cong's face was injured by Chen when he was hunting in the garden, which may be the reason why he was not made the crown prince although he was the eldest son. When suzong was the crown prince of Tang Dynasty, Li Linfu proposed Xuanzong to set up the eldest son as the crown prince in order to murder the crown prince. Xuanzong also hesitated, but in the end, because the crown prince was respectful and filial, there was no Yi Chu.

The eldest son of Emperor Xuanzong, also known as Sizhi. In September of the first year of Jingyun's reign, he was granted the title of king of Xuchang. In August of the first year of Xiantian, he was granted the title of King tan. In the first month of the fourth year of Kaiyuan period, he was the leader of an Xi Da Hu and served as the ambassadors of Hedong, Guannei and Longyou. In the 13th year, he was renamed king QingWang and still renamed tan. In the 15th year, he was the commander of Liangzhou and the ambassador of Hexi army. Twenty one years later, he became the crown prince and the grand master and changed his name to Cong. Twenty four years later, he worshipped situ. Tianbao first year, and Taiyuan animal husbandry. Eleven years later, he presented Prince Jingde as a gift. He was buried in Xiliu plain in the south of Weishui River, and still enjoyed it in the built-in Temple of Qixia gate.
On the 9th day of Jianyin, the first year of Zhide, the emperor of Fengtian was appointed as the imperial edict, and the empress of Gongying was the imperial concubine Dou's family. She was buried in the tomb of the Northern Qi Dynasty in Huaqing Palace in preparation for the ceremony, with the right servant of Shangshu and peimian, the Duke of Ji state as his envoys. At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, in the 25th year of Kaiyuan, Prince Li Ying offended and ordered Cong to raise his son, and Cong Hong in Tianbao's 11th year. He took yingzi Li Qiu as his successor, King Qing, except his secretary and supervisor.
