Li Zhentang

Li Zhentang, male, Han nationality, was born in July 1964 in Bobai, Guangxi. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1984 and began to work in July 1985. He graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University in June 2005, majoring in agricultural economy and management, with a doctorate in management.
