On the day of Yue, the emissary called for the call, and Dian said, "you return the call. I will wait for impeachment behind closed doors. The call has reached the capital." Tang Yao also set it up. Zhang penghe and Tang you, the fashion books, were all named after Ganji, but they were always debaters. Three years after the election, the rich can't be trusted. When he returned, the article book refuted more than ten things that had not been played, saying, "this is all for crafty methods. If you have been deceived, you will hear it. I will go." (2) Yu Dian was born
He was born in Fuqing County in 1655, and later moved to diaolongtai in Fuzhou. In the 45th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1706), Zhang boxing, governor of Fujian Province, hired him to preside over Aofeng academy, and asked him for advice on everything. Zhou, the magistrate of Fuzhou, was sued for the case. Later, because of Ding you, Zhou was rejected by Yu Dian and resented.
(3) Yudian experience
Yudian later knew Jiangjin County, Sichuan Province, and he became the magistrate when his mourning period expired, and Jiangjin County was under his jurisdiction. Yu Dian took a servant to take office. He would sit down every morning when he got up. If there was a complaint, Yu Dian would inquire and handle the case impartially according to the seriousness of the case. He often talks about literature and art with students. All taxes collected by Jiangjin County will be handed over to the Treasury immediately, and none of them will go into private pocket. The magistrate Zhou learned that he changed his appearance and paid homage to him. When general Nian gengyao was governor of Sichuan Province, he used troops in the western border area. He spent a lot of money, increased taxes and sold private tea. Nian gengyao sent official documents to Jiangjin County three times, but Yudian didn't do it. In 1930, he ordered the envoys to go to Jiangjin with their seals and ordered them to do it quickly. Since the official documents arrived in the county early, there has been no reply. The messenger was furious. Therefore, Yu Dian opened the door to sit in the main hall and ordered the captured envoys to tie him back. The Yamen servants did not dare to do it. Yudian personally pushed the emissary to the ground and wanted to beat him hard. The county magistrate told the emissary to mourn for him. Yudian ordered him to release the bond and then he was sent to the Marquis to deal with it. The next day, the emissary asked for the original text, and Yu Dian rebuked him and said, "I have no son, and I have nothing to impeach. The original text has paid two or three friends from another way. " When the envoys returned to the governor's Yamen, Nian gengyao said, "Yu Dian is a man who is supported by the people, and his impeachment will lose popularity." Within ten days, Yudian was famous in the capital. When he was called to Beijing, he was promoted to the head of the Ministry of official affairs. He had to deal with everything in person, close his room and wear his own key. During the two years when he was in charge of the selection of personnel, many powerful and rich people asked to be a quick official, which was blocked by Yudian. Therefore, Yudian was taboo, so he could not settle down and asked to resign. Later, when his father's filial piety was over, he Governor Chen Pengnian recommended him to take up the post of Gongji Taoist in Shandong Province. When the people heard that Yudian had taken up the post, they all went to court. After the death of Chen Pengnian, Qi Sule succeeded him and impeached Yu Dian with the river fortification. More than 1000 people attended the hearing. Qi Sule's patrol workers went to Yudian. His father and his father kowtowed in front of the Qi boat with incense. They asked Qi to go ashore to be worshipped by the people. They took Qi Sule's sedan chair to the square. More than ten thousand people gathered in the square, worshipped around and threw incense to the ground, shouting: "return my lord Yu, our people will be grateful." Qi Sule was shocked. He got down from the sedan chair to exhort, and wrote memorials to the public to reassure the people.
Official calendar
In April of the second year of Yongzheng reign, he was granted an envoy to Shandong Province. He was an official who bought donkeys with his two servants. He advocated propriety and education, lightened punishment, and made great efforts in politics. In November, he called the capital. Three years later, he was promoted to shuntianfucheng. In order to comply with the regulations, the officers of Dianli did their best to change the bad rules. The prisoners were not allowed to feed and clothe themselves, so they took one third of the salt merchants' year-old gifts to pay them. He also completed the prison, studied in the palace and academy, and appointed the Secretary to register. He ordered Miao yuan, a cabinet scholar, to investigate the malpractices of the salt administration in Shandong Province. He proposed impeachment, seizure and return. Dian used Tang poetry to write couplets for people. They complained about their families and criticized Yousi for their resentment. There was also a book written by the Secretary of Eden, and he was sent to prison. It's a white matter, it's a sudden death. On hearing this, Emperor Yongzheng immediately summoned Yu Dian and said to his courtiers, "I have to be a courtier again." Yu Dian was promoted to be an inspector of Shandong Province. He took two servants and bought donkeys. He felt sorry for the prisoners' lack of food and clothing, that is, he took one-third of the money given by the merchants as relief money, built prisons, built schools and academies, and gathered students to give lectures. Over the years, he entered Beijing as Shun Tian Fu Cheng, trying his best to get rid of the previous unreasonable rules and regulations. Later, Yu Dian was removed from his post for the crime of dereliction of duty due to the corruption case in a county magistrate he belonged to. Later, in 1730, Zhao Guolin, then governor of Fujian Province, screened him out and vindicated him. After returning to Fuzhou, Yu Dian built "Jiamei thatched cottage" and wrote books about it. As an official, Yudian rose and fell many times, but his voice shocked the whole world. His writings and calligraphy were also the best. In 1726, Yu Dian died of illness at the age of 71. All the local people gathered to cry.
Love the people
Yu Dian, a loyal minister who loves his people at all costs
In August 1715, thousands of people in Jiangjin County, Sichuan Province, petitioned the magistrate Yu Dian to release the detained special envoy sent by Nian gengyao. In order to lighten the extra burden of the people, Yudian seized the pawns sent by the lawless minister Nian gengyao at the expense of the future of the government and his family. On the contrary, the people of the county asked their parents for the release of Cui's evil officials. Why? The whole story of the matter depends on who Yudian is. Yu Dian, formerly known as Yu Zuxun, is a native of Yushi village, huabeili, Fuqing county. In the 45th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1706), he was a Jinshi. While waiting for the appointment of the Ministry of officials, he was invited by Zhang boxing, governor of Fujian Province, to preside over Aofeng Academy in Fuzhou. Zhang Bo Xing respected Yu Dian's character, talent and learning. He treated each other as a guest of honor. When he met with difficulties, he asked Yu Dian for advice. In order to report his kindness, Yudian devoted himself to making plans for him. Therefore, they are not only superiors and subordinates, but also sincere friends. Their friendship spread in Fuzhou for a while. In 1714, Yudian was chosen by the imperial court as the chief examiner of Sichuan provincial examination. He refused to ask for help or accept bribes when he presided over the examination. When he published the list, all the people on the list were really talented and learned. As a result, he was praised by scholars from all walks of life in Sichuan, and was soon granted the title of magistrate of Jiangjin County in Sichuan by the imperial court. When he received the appointment, many friends advised Yu Dian not to accept the post. The reason was that when he was in charge of Aofeng academy, Zhou, the magistrate of Fuzhou, had a chance to be promoted. When his father died, he should resign and go home to be filial for three years. However, Zhou was greedy for fame and wealth, and was unwilling to leave his job. He wanted to ask governor Zhang boxing to come forward and suggest to the court that Zhou should "seize the situation" (the emperor ordered him to stay in his post and keep filial piety, so he didn't have to resign and return to his hometown to keep the system). Zhang Boyang is not allowed to ask. Zhou suspects that Yu Dian spoke ill in front of Zhang Boyang, so he has a grudge. At this time, Zhou served as the magistrate of Chongqing, Sichuan Province after three years of rule. Jiangjin County is a county under the jurisdiction of Chongqing government, and Zhou ganghao is Yu Dian's immediate superior. In this regard, Yu Dian calmly face, why not be afraid, only with a servant, take office. He is devoted to his duty and attends the court on time every day to handle all kinds of cases complained by the people. If the case is simple and clear, it will be decided in court without delay. In his spare time, he called on local scholars to recite the Scriptures, explain the principles, and educate the local people with the Confucian and Mencius principles. The taxes collected are registered one by one and directly put into the local treasury, without any private pocket. His hardworking, honest and selfless style was widely praised by all the people, and also moved the magistrate Zhou. Since then, he has eliminated the resentment caused by misunderstanding and respected Yu Dian, and the relationship between them has been harmonious. At this time, the powerful minister Nian gengyao, who was the governor of Sichuan, was ordered to pacify the rebellion in Qinghai. He took advantage of the opportunity to increase taxes in addition to the normal amount in the name of "pacifying the rebellion" to enrich his own pockets. Officials at all levels in Sichuan knew that Nian gengyao used his power for personal gain, but they were afraid of his power. His father and elder brother were the favorite ministers of Emperor Kangxi. Therefore, every state and county obeyed their orders to collect more money and grain in, only suffering the Sichuan people. On the cusp of the storm, Yu Dian stood up and resisted the illegal tax collection in, so the scene at the beginning of this article appeared. Before that, Nian gengyao had written to Jiangjin County three times to ask for more information according to his instructions
