For example, after listening to the current situation of the applicant who is distressed by the divorce problem, the interviewer will say, "if I were you, I would endure for a period of time". The reason why the applicant obeys this sentence without any reason is that after hearing "if I were you", he has the illusion that "this person is totally in my position to imagine for me".
