Beef 150g (sliced), mustard / green vegetables 300g (sliced), garlic 1 tsp. Sauce: 2 tbsp Lee Kam Kee brine, 4 tbsp water, 3 / 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp Lee Kam Kee sesame oil.
