Bacon with wax gourd

Raw materials:
Ingredient: 400g wax gourd
Accessories: 150 grams of bacon
Seasoning: 5g monosodium glutamate, 25g salad oil
make:
1. Cut the salted meat (with some oil and skin, the best is spiced salted ribs) into small squares 0.5cm thick, 1.5cm wide and 2cm long;
2. If it is raw bacon, it should be cooked with water, not steamed; wax gourd is also cut into small squares similar to bacon;
3. Place the pot on the high heat, pour in the oil, put the wax gourd pieces into the oil when the oil is 50% warm, and leave the pot off the heat to make the wax gourd pieces "ripple" in the oil for 20 seconds (to accelerate the maturity of the wax gourd and remove part of the water), and then take out the wax gourd;
Pour out the oil in 4 pots, put in wax gourd, add 250 grams of boiling water, salted meat soup and salted meat pieces, and cook with low heat until wax gourd is mature; when the water is dry, add monosodium glutamate and stir well, then remove from the pot and put on the plate.
