Baise Uprising Memorial Park is located on Houlong mountain, Panlong mountain and Yinglong mountain in the east of Baise City. It is a theme Memorial Park formed on the basis of integrating revolutionary historical and cultural resources such as Baise Uprising Memorial Hall, Youjiang National Museum, Baise Uprising monument, Red Army Bridge, Copper Drum Tower, Nange Pavilion and Guangdong Guangdong Youth Friendship Park. Founded in July 2008, it is one of the 12 Red Mansions in China determined by the central government It is the core area of "Liangjiang red flag, Baise Fenglei", one of the key scenic spots of Baise tourism. In December 2017, it was selected into the list of the first batch of national primary and secondary school students' research and practice education bases and camps of the Ministry of education.

On January 7, 2020, it was designated as a national 5A scenic spot by the Ministry of culture and tourism.

Through reconstruction and expansion, Baise Uprising Memorial Park has become a fine theme memorial park integrating long history and culture, beautiful natural landscape and fine revolutionary tradition, and Integrating Ideological Education and tourism aesthetics. It has become the spiritual highland of Baise City and an important business card of Baise propaganda.

Baise Uprising monument

The Baise Uprising monument on Houlong mountain was built in 1984. The height of the monument is 23.9 meters. The shape of the monument is a red baby and a big knife that pierces the sky, which shows the indomitable spirit and strength of the revolutionaries. On the front of the pedestal, there are 13 gold-plated characters inscribed by Comrade Deng Xiaoping: "the revolutionary martyrs of the Baise uprising will live forever." on the back, there are the chronicle inscriptions of the Baise uprising. On both sides, there are white marble reliefs showing the Baise uprising and the victory of the revolution. The word "1929" on the top of the monument indicates the year of Baise uprising. The base of the monument is surrounded by green pines and cypresses, and there is a square in front of the monument for people to hold various commemorative activities. There are 314 steps leading to the Monument Square, "314" is taken from "π" in mathematics, which means that the revolutionary spirit of Baise uprising will be handed down from generation to generation. The width of the steps is 11 meters, representing the date of Baise uprising, which is December 11, 1929.

After the Baise Uprising monument was built, thousands of people from all walks of life came to pay homage to it. More than 60 current and successive party and state leaders, including Hu Jintao, Jiang Zemin and Wen Jiabao, have come here to present flower baskets to the revolutionary martyrs of Baise uprising.

Baise Uprising Memorial Hall

The Baise Uprising Memorial Hall, inscribed by Comrade Jiang Zemin, is located on Yinglong mountain, Chengdong Road, with a construction area of 5500 square meters, an exhibition hall area of 3000 square meters and a total length of 738 meters. It displays 326 important cultural relics and 428 photos with rich historical value. In the layout structure, according to the two sections of basic display and special display, there are six groups: preface hall, uprising hall, martyrs hall, meritorious officials hall, Xiaoping hall and multi-function hall. In terms of the content of the exhibition, cultural relics are the main exhibition language to comprehensively display the important figures and events related to the Baise uprising. On the theme of the exhibition, it highlights the great achievements of Comrade Deng Xiaoping and the revolutionary spirit of the forefathers of Baise uprising revolution, who are not afraid of difficulties and dangers, dare to sacrifice, bravely struggle, diligent for the people and honest and upright. In terms of means of exhibition arrangement, we should make full use of sound, light, electricity, multimedia, mural, sculpture, oil painting, scene restoration, phantom imaging, virtual reality and other modern exhibition technologies to reproduce history, highlight key points and highlights, and enhance artistry and appeal. At the same time, through the integration of national culture, national symbols in public space, display details, reflect the strong regional characteristics and distinctive artistic characteristics.

Baise Uprising Memorial Hall is a national patriotic education base and one of the 100 "red tourism classic scenic spots" in China. Located in yinglongshan Park, Baise City, Guangxi Province, it was built in 1961. It was originally named Youjiang Revolutionary Cultural Relics Museum. Comrade Jiang Zemin inscribed the name of Baise Uprising Memorial Museum.

The memorial hall has seven exhibition halls, covering an area of 2200 square meters. It is divided into four parts: Baise Fenglei, revolutionary heroes, Deng Xiaoping and Baise, and Jianshe new Baise. It displays more than 1400 revolutionary cultural relics and pictures.
