Yinqiao established its factory in Xiangqiao town of Lintong County in 1979, and Xiangqiao dairy factory started its business with "five iron pots"; in 1982, it introduced horizontal Powder Tower and began to produce milk powder;

In 1986, it became the implementation unit of the world bank and the European Community's aid projects to China;

In 1991, it was promoted to a national second level enterprise;

In 1992, Xi'an Yinqiao Dairy Industry Co., Ltd. (Sino foreign joint venture) was established as a joint venture with Hong Kong Guangyin group;
