Haiyan County Museum
Haiyan County Museum is located at No.43, Haibin East Road, Wuyuan Town, Haiyan County, Zhejiang Province. It is a local comprehensive museum. It was planned to be built in 1977 and was established separately in 1984. There are 12 staff in the museum, including 7 with college degree or above, 4 with intermediate technical title and 4 with primary technical title.
In September 2018, after the museum self-evaluation application, the provincial museum industry organization evaluation, the National Museum Evaluation Committee organized experts to review, and reported to the State Administration of cultural relics for the record, China Museum Association decided to approve Haiyan County Museum as the third batch of national third-class museums.

Organization setup
Haiyan County Museum has three cultural protection offices: Qiyuan, Qianfo Pavilion and Yunxiu nunnery. It also assists the County Cultural Management Committee to take into account the protection and investigation of cultural relics in the whole county, as well as the management and business guidance of one national key cultural relics protection unit, two provincial cultural relics protection units, 11 county-level cultural relics protection units and more than 20 cultural relics protection sites.
Collection
There are more than 4000 cultural relics in the collection, including nearly 1100 precious cultural relics above grade three. Most of the collections are made of ceramics, especially after archaeological excavation in recent years, a large number of Liangzhu culture collections have been added. In addition, the collection of primitive porcelain chime bells in the Warring States period, glazed pottery burial objects in the tombs of the Three Kingdoms, and bronze seals of the water army in the Southern Song Dynasty are also featured.
Basic Display
The Museum covers an area of more than 3000 square meters, including 700 square meters of cultural relics storeroom and 800 square meters of exhibition area. There are two basic exhibition rooms and two temporary exhibition rooms. The two basic exhibitions are "exhibition of historical relics of sea salt" and "exhibition of folk arts and crafts in nixiang room", which have been open to the public for a long time.
