Tongguan town

Tongguan town is located on the East Bank of Xiangjiang River in the north of Wangcheng District of Changsha City, 30 kilometers away from the provincial capital Changsha in the South and 10 kilometers away from Wangcheng District in the south. Geographically, Tongguan town faces Jinggang town and Xinkang Township across the Xiangjiang River in the west, Dongcheng Town in the north, chating town in the East, and shutangshan street in the south. It governs 4 administrative villages, 5 community neighborhood committees, and more than 20 units in the town, which is known as "mountain city". Tongguan town is one of the five ceramic capitals in China. In 2007, Tongguan town was listed in the list of the first batch of historical and cultural towns in Hunan Province. Since it was designated as the pilot town of small city construction in Changsha in July 2012, in accordance with the development policy of "small city, big copper official", and around the development goal of "building Tongguan Ceramic City, building China's famous town", the construction has begun.

1. Huacheng Village

Huacheng village is located in the north of Tongguan Town, adjacent to Tongguan town government and Changsha power plant. It covers an area of 3.57 square kilometers, with a cultivated land of 1540 mu. It governs 22 villager groups, 511 households and 1774 people. 2. Taifeng Village

Taifeng village is located at the southernmost end of Tongguan town. It is adjacent to Changsha tongguanyao National Archaeological Site Park under development in the south, tongguanlao street in the north, Guoliang memorial garden in the East and Xiangjiang River in the West. Its traffic location is very important. 3. Huashi Village

Huashi village is located in the northwest of Tongguan Town, adjacent to Dongcheng Town in the north, Tongguan old market town in the south, Xiangjiang River in the West and Huacheng village in the East. Covering an area of about 5 square kilometers, it was formed by merging yuanhuaguo village and Shilong village in 2005 due to the adjustment of zoning. Huashi village has 27 villager groups, more than 900 villager households and a total population of more than 3500. There are 107 party members in the village, including 7 Party groups and 7 members of the two committees of the village. The current secretary is Yi Xuewen and the director is Dong Wei.

Huashi village used to be dominated by traditional agriculture, mainly planting rice, rape and other crops, and breeding pigs. Since Huadian Changsha power plant was settled in Huashi village in 2003, the traditional agricultural status of our village has changed, and our village is changing from agriculture to industry.

The settlement of Changsha power plant has driven the economic development of our village and accelerated the infrastructure construction of our village. In 2008, Tongguan circular economy industrial base established a management committee in our village. In the next few years, it will introduce and settle a number of circular industries with power plants as the center. The scope of our village has entered into the land planning of the park. It is planned to build a fine chemical industry, environmental protection building materials, logistics and transportation industry base relying on the superior resources of the power plant in our village.

Our village has convenient transportation. The power plant Avenue connects the Changxiang highway and the Beijing Zhuhai West expressway. 4. Wanxing Village

Wanxing village is located in the center of Tongguan town. The per capita annual net income of the villagers was 1208 yuan. There were 1500 people engaged in the primary industry, 0 in the secondary industry, 1186 in the tertiary industry, and 434 migrant workers.
